Digitech whammy 4 problems
 

Does the digitech whammy 4 need its original power adaptor In Order to work? My brothers friend lost mine so I thought it was no problem but when I used a regular 9v adaptor the led lights worked But I heard nothing like it didn't work . Anybody know anything about this??

It has a certain power draw unique to its own adapter.

It has a unique powersupply, however, I remember that the line6 powersupplies (those that work for there 4 series pedals) should match perfectly. Just in case you would have any trouble finding a digitech one.

Thank you ill just buy one on amazon. That was the problem then
