To the Digitech Whammy users out there

Just go buy a Proco Rat to place before it, it is by far the best distortion you can use with it.

I have no more to say on the subject

What low end when you're playing 2 octaves up

I used to use my Whammy like that. I got a Rat and a Turbo Rat. Thing can scream! I'd seen Bootsy do it Live, he uses a Rat and a Big Muff, among tons of other stuff.

really ground breaking stuff here guys. you can put distortion before something and it overdrives it. WOW. never thought of that. thanks.

Well when I get my Assmaster in I'll comment more on this.

And my 2 Octave up is getting dusty, I don't use it too much. I like using the Octave up/down harmony a lot though, that and the 5th up 6th up as well.

The thing I don't like about that though is that the whammy really adds this synth annoying sound. I know they all do it, but dammit, it still sounds bad.

mark, you don't even know. There's this one pedal that does the coolest thing ever. You push the pedal down and your sound gets louder. It's so freakin' awesome!
