dist subtitution... your opinion?

hi,

i use 2 distortions, the polish love for mild overdrive.. i love it, it really reacts to my playing (from tube-like warmth to dirty overdrive depending on how hard i play) and the behringer bass overdrive (boss odb-3 rip off i believe)... BUT i want to get rid of the behringer one since its really noisy... and i just plain hate it...

i was planning to get either a danelectro fab distrotion or a french toast since the purpuse of this pedal will be add crazy distortion in order to make lead-like noise...

what do you think?

If the behringer is noisy, you will probably find the same from the dano. They do make some nice pedals, but they are built cheap just like the behringer, which is the main cause of noisy pedals.
You want something high gain and lead like... maybe a Marshall guv'nor, or an Ampeg Blaster.
