Can anyone tell me some distortion pedals with blendable clean/dirty control on them, besides the Boss ODB-3?

The easier thing to do is just keep the od/dist/fuzz that you have and get a blend loop. There are many options available, but the most popular ones around here are the Xotic X-Blender and the Barge Concepts VFB-2/VFB-X/VB-Jr/DVB-2.

The ones I have tried are Uncle Ernies' BassDriver (see my clips and review) and the Way Huge Pork Loin (I just got it and will post clips soon). I really like both.

The BassDriver is definitely more of a pure clean sound with the distortion sound. The clean sound on the Pork Loin includes what they call a "British preamp with glistening clean tones." It's very nice, but much more subtle than the BassDriver.

You could also do as The Mutt suggested. However, I have the X-Blender and haven't been real happy with it. The blending just doesn't seem very natural.

I can't vouch for the Xotic, but I have personally used the Barge Concepts VB line (I had a VB-2 custom made with the DVB-2 settings, but sold it and am currently using a VB-Jr.). You will need to set up the pedals to be at unity with whatever blend setting that you choose, but it does sound very very good. I have a Polish Love in the loop, and it sounds so much better with a little bit of straight bass signal running with it.

Other options include:
EHX Bass Big Muff
Malekko B:Assmaster
Robot Factory White Russian
Way Huge Pork Loin (I'm taking this from the description)
Voodoo Labs Sparkle Drive (I'm taking this from the description)
MXR Bass Blowtorch
Crowther Prunes and Custard

to name a few.

I have just come across the T-REX Moller pedal, it's for guitar, it has a mix knob...so you can mix the distortion with your bass signal, i think it sounds ace!

I have an orange ad200b, i wanted the amp's distortion for my sound, but it's only a single channel amp, and i can't afford 2...

But this pedal sounds bang on like the orange gain turned up, i havn't used it with another amp, so i dunno if it will sound like the gain turned up on thaat, but i guess it will! and because of the mix knob, you don't lose ANY of your tone, you can have more distortion than your bass or more bass than distortion, and it sound like a cranked valve bass amp,

T-Rex do a bass one aswell, it's a little different, but that guitar pedal is bang on! and it has a seccond boost switch on it, go have a look...

Our bands new guitarist have a thing with them, so can get em on the cheap, can't wait till i get my own!

Preston at Wounded Paw makes a great blender pedal. It just blends your clean tone with whatever distortion you use...no extra coloration at all.
