Distortion Rage

My BDI21 is great, for the 30-something buck I paid (incl. shipping), but the fact that it ALMOST sounds THE WAY I WANT IT and NOT QUITE make me RAGE!!! It could be an EQ issue, but whatever it is, I RAGED this morning I tried to dial in a rusty-barge-being-dragged-across-concrete-intro-of-Damgeplan's-Crawl tone, and it ALMOST WORKED!!!
RAGE!!!

I know exactly what you mean, happens to me quite a bit.


Like how my Sovtek sounds absolutely dirty on the high-gain input with guitar, but with bass its just too much.
