Do you get your pedals serviced?

Last weekend I played a festival gig, and as the climactic part of our final song began, I stepped on my B:ASSMASTER for wall-peeling effect. Alas, instead of sonic bliss, I was treated with silence, and the entire build-up was ruined. So, for the gigging bassists around here: do you get your pedals looked over by a tech every now and then, or do you just, like I have done up 'til this point, cross your fingers and hope nothing breaks during the gig?

40 years playing, I've never had a pedal fail because of anything but dead batteries.

Yes, I get my pedal's oil changed every 3,000 stomps. Then of course there's the timing belt and plugs at 100,000 stomps.

My B:Assmaster is so far firing on all cylinders. however, my aphex big bottom aural exciter has just recently had the input jack fail. I had read that this was a possibility as they are apparently of poor quality and connected directly to the circuit board or something. I was a bit surprised that it happened to mine though since it is velcroed to a pedalboard and not ever touched or moved (it's on my backup pedalboard on my testbench in my house). Anyway, I've just begun to think about what I might do to fix it. Is it worth the effort on a 100 dollar pedal? IDK I'm still deciding.

had an EQ pedal (I forget the brand) that just went dead on me one day as well. Tried batteries, different power adapter, etc but nothing helped. Worked fine with the cables just plugged in (it's true bypass) but when i switched it on, dead silence =/
