General question here.
i love this guy on my bass but i run it with a david eden nemesis 4x10...don't ask for the model b/c i couldn't tell you. i actually think its 200rms. anyway. i sadly run the 250 with the gain enabled on my nemi. it's what i have to do to get the sound i want.
im curious because it is a preamp and that gives me the extra push and from what i understand on a tube amp that causes the distortion you get. The nyou have your drive switch. The drive anywhere below 12 o'clcok is very transparent.
Does anyone think that if i hook this up to another distortion edal but leave the drive down...will it improve my distortion on the newly added pedal. Example 250-Turbo Rat-Boss oc-2.

Depends on what you mean by "Improve."

You're going to have to clarify what you're looking to get out of it.

i guess im looking for it to give me that extra signal boost. If it works i was going to maybe turn the drive on it a notch or two and see what happens but yeah...im really curios as to the signal boost/loudness
