I just ordered them off of Musicians Friend. I'm hoping to satify my crunchy lo-gain overdrive and heavy thick fuzz needs (I know opposite ends of the spectrum). I also picked up a 1 spot with 8 adaptors to power them and my bsw. Anyone else have both of these? |

I imagine some mods could be easily done to improve the overall tone and the true bypass of the pedal.
Plus, it's pretty cheap.

I'm still thinking of getting a LBM. That or an MXR Blowtorch. |

But who knows?

I've never owned a DOD 250, but I've owned a pedal based on the same circuit - the MXR Distortion+. Once you crank it, the low end starts to drop. Still, surprisingly good for some mild grit.

| | | | I just received them today, and everything is amazing! I have both knobs set at noon on the DOD 250 for some mild grit, and all knobs set at noon on the LBM for some heavy, bassy fuzz. I love it! Also, the 1 spot is very nice. |
