DOD FX105, should I use speaker cables?!

Sign in to disble this ad
So I just ordered the power supply, looks like this:
http://www.noiseguide.com/product_in...r_supply_fx105

It will supply the 20V that my 2 Performer series DOD pedals take via 1/4" jack. I'm guessing I should use a speaker cable to hook them up, although it's low enough voltage that an instrument cable should be fine too right? I realize the difference between the two types of cable so no need to point that out in any answers.
Thanks
-Dave
