is wayyyyy beyond good,they're flat out awesome.


I recently picked up a used mxr m80 that was supposed to have no battery cover. I call Dunlap to order one,how much? "No charge"

I get the pedal and it is in bad shape; three buttons were missing and one knob is falling apart. So I clean up everything inside/out,tighten posts,ect...

Call Dunlap again to see IF I can order the 3 little buttons as well a knob. I ask how much ( surely they won't do another freebie,one per person right?) "No charge"!!!!!

Not once did they ask for proof of ownership,serial #,reciept, nothing! No squabble,haggle and especially no " well sir you should've taken better care of you purchase BS" that I received else where.

After dealing with sub standard "no-customer service companies in the past,it is really refreshing to deal with a top notch company.Everyone that I have talked to at Dunlap exudes professionalism and sincerity.

Dunlop really does have the best Customer Service team out there, bar none.

When I got my first set of strap locks a while back, the clips that hold the hardware together on the strap was missing.

I called them up, and they shipped me new ones right away. They also included some picks, a couple stickers, and a key chain.

I work for an insurance company that used to handle Dunlop's Workers' Comp insurance. Well... We might still, but I am not longer involved with day-to-day claims handling. The friendliness of their staff does not end with their customer support folk. It really feels like that is part of the overall corporate culture. The folks I talked to on the phone were always super friendly and helpful, even on the tough claims.

This, combined with the quality of the gear, is why Dunlop is one of my goto companies for gear.

Yep. Big plus 1 from me too, really customer satisfaction oriented. Great company to deal with.
