 Dunlop cry baby 105Q drives me crazy

Hey guys i searched in the whole forum but found nothing to my problem.
so, i bought a dunlop cry baby 105Q nearly a month ago. it worked very well but since 1 week i got massive problems with it. when i put my feet on the wah it sometimes does not show any reaction. i have to move it some time and then it works for a short time but then my normal bass sound appears again even when the wah is pressed all the ways through.
also, it sometimes doesn't turn off when it is in flat possition and my foot isn't on the pedal.
i looked in side it and found nothing with the battery connection everything is okay.
please help me
