Anyone ever use on of these before? Seems like a handly little pedal as long as it is not noisy...

Looks useful... I wish it had a bandwidth control.

I am not enamored by the idea of single-band semi-parametric EQs in stomp form. If it's the only band you ever have a need to tweak and you need to save space, maybe...otherwise, why limit yourself, and/or go on to get more pedals to tweak other frequency bands?

Meh.

That's kinda cool. I like how it's a little bantam box. However I'd have to agree with FreaqyFrequency (who also has the most appropriate name in this thread ever!) that I'd want more tone shaping capabilities than just a variable mids control.
Now, if they tossed out the battery and stuck a treble and bass control on that little box...

This is pretty much the mids knob in my EMG BQC System

I can see how it could be useful for some people, but I like this kind of stuff installed right into the bass (even my passive one is equipped with Villex pups, which have mids control on them, plus the PRTB which also affects mids)

I would think this for someone with a vintage instrument who doesn't want to upgrade what's onboard the instrument.

If I didn't already have an Empress ParaEQ, I'd definitely get this!

I think the website describes it well. For someone using a bass or amp with only a 2 band EQ, this could come in useful to cut or boost mids to help with different rooms etc.

seems interesting, and a lot cheaper than the Empress.

Since it has an internal trimmer for the output level, it also may be used as a boost pedal. Interesting...

Jep, that would be it. That thing twice in a pedal!
I'd love that. I'm very much peering at the KBV-600 amp... - Rockability Doublebass
