EB 25k: Question regarding a stereo volume/expression pedal

Hey all, I'm selling this bad boy but I got a question about it I can't answer.

1) Can this one be used as an expression pedal?
2) If so, could the A/B outs be used as an expression pedal for two different effects pedals at the same time?
