Ebay pedal dillema

So as some of you may know, I ordered a micro POG off of ebay a little over a week ago. On Christmas Eve I was pleasently surprised to see a box in which I was sure contained my micro POG. I quickly get all giddy and open up the box and that out the smaller box inside labeled "micro pog" which was the actual box it was supposed to come in. Well I didn't suspect anything at first because it seemed an adequate weight for a pedal but to my horror when I opened it up there was....a power supply?!?!

I then proceeded to dig through the packing peanuts thinking the pedal might be hidden inside but it wasn't.

The seller seems like a legit seller:

but I messaged him/her yesterday and still haven't gotten one back...is this just me being extra paranoid or will it get worked out.

Looks like an honest mistake. Try contacting them again now that Xmas is past.

Yeah, I'm probably just overreacting about it but this is the first time anything like this has ever happened to me so I was just seein what people had to say.

I think I bought my micro-pog from Tunnelvisionmusic as well, and had no problems.

I agree with Bongo, it was probably an honest mistake. Contact them again and explain the situation. My guess is they will make it right with you.

I've not had any dealings with tunnelvision music, but I've seen millions of their auctions and they seem to be genuine.

My bet is that it's just a mix up - Xmas is a busy time, mistakes can easily be made in the rush to keep up with the demand.

Yeah youl be fine dude, iv had similar stuff happen to me before. I need to get my ass into gear and send out some stuff i sold before christmas which i havent shipped yet :S oh well

I think you will be fine. It is the holidays so the seller is probably just taking an extra day off or something. Tunnelvision has lots of auctions going at the same time and is a legit seller.

On the plus side......once you get the Micro Pog I think you will love it (as long as you like the clean digital sound). It is the one pedal that I have bought this year where the sound of the effect produced was exactly what I hoped it would sound like. Add some fuzz and a bit of wah and you get a HUGE sonic signature. Love the pedal!

Yeah, I'm exceited for it. I think it might be bad that I love making my bass sound synthy which is a completely different instrument but whatever.

Good news, they replied and shipped it out today.

Long story but for a special gig we are playing we are being forced to learn Copperhead Roathe old Steve Earle tune). I like the song but it's just not what our band is about. Anyways, a bit of fuzz and the Micro Pog and guess who is doing the bag pipe intro? And rockin' it!
