Hi,
Has anyone on this forum ever received a response from EBS' customer service for product support? In the last three years or so, I have contacted EBS a few times (I remember at least three occasions) with issues with my pedals. Just recently, my BassIQ stopped working and I wrote them an e-mail through their website mentioning the problem and asking for a potential solution. As usual, I did not receive a response (it has been a week or so).
I wonder if it is only me or people have this problem in general. I like the quality of EBS products in general (I understand from time to time any electronic gear might fail or malfunction), but I must say, with this level of customer support, the number of EBS pedals on my pedal board is quickly converging to zero.
