EBS Multi Comp

Just looking for comments.

I finally understand the benefits of compression from messing around with an old DOD FX-80 B that I had.

I run a GK rig and I want to invest in an ebs multicomp (185.00 new)

Does this make sense as an upgrade to the world of bass compression. It will be used for live application.

I was unsure how much a difference it would make until i got my MultiComp, but its fantastic! I can slap away on my 6 string and hear everything cut through a full band.
Also if you give the tube setting some grunt you can get an added bit of much loved tone

I run a GK rig and the Multicomp.... I've said this in other threads, but I'll say it again.... I swear the pedal was made for GK heads!

The tube sim mode really warms it up.... and if you're running the boost up on the head, it really gives you a bit of bloom, while staying punchy, grunty and quick!

Some tips..... make sure you're using a good, high quality cables, and if you run with the power adapter, pull the battery from the pedal. Those things should keep hum to a minimum.
