EBS Multi Comp Fried/EBS Waranty?

Sign in to disble this ad
I have always had problems with my Multi Comp, sometimes it worked sometimes it didn't.I purchased it new less than 6 months ago. Yesterday at rehearsal it had that burning smell, it's fried. Will EBS take care of me or will it be a big hassle?

You'll get your best answer by calling EBS...

As long as you didnt use the wrong power supply or any visual issues it shouldnt be a problem.

Interesting... I was just about to go out to one of the local shops to try one out. Not gonna happen today.

Sorry to hear about your problem, but thx for sharing.

+1. Warranties are to cover manufacturing defects. They are not there to pick up the pieces from misuse or abuse! EBS are a great company to deal with so just drop them a line.
