EBS Multicomp setup

I have the EBS Multicomp and have been trying to adjust the trim pots unsuccessfully to the point I'm snowblind. I play a MM Stingray through a Markbass LMII. I slap 50% of the time and finger style the other 50% and I do slap pretty hard. I don't hear any distortion but I do sometimes get an obnoxious pop when slapping the E string hard. I prefer to use the Multiband mode. Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

Playing with the trim pots is really the only way you'll find what setting works for you with the multicomp. It took me a long time to finally settle on my settings.
