EBS Octabass vs EBS Octabass triple divider

Sign in to disble this ad
I recently purchased an EBS Octabass on evilBay for $100. I later found out that my research was lacking and there was actually an EBS triple divider octabass.

The person selling the EBS I bought said that the "original" Octabass was highly sought after.

Now I'm a bit of an effects noob but I was wondering it I got taken on this? Is the triple divider better? Or did I get a good deal on an original octabass?

Or is there any noticeable difference at all?

Thanks o' great effects gurus!

The 'new' version has 3 settings, the middle of which is the default for your version of the pedal - it's also the most musical IMO, so i wouldn't feel like you're missing out. As for whether you got a good deal, someone else'll have to help with that....

Oh ok. Well even if it wasn't a good deal, I still got the sound I wanted. Thanks.
