EBS problem

I recently got a new EBS pedal (MultiComp) which worked and sounded great until I connected it to my PC through a Toneport. And now I can't get any sound from the bass when the pedal is on
Does anyone know what's wrong with it and/or how I can fix it?

Dead battery? Adapter not working?

First suspect is a simple power issue. Operator error.

And if it's not a power issue, try it out with your amp again and let us know what happens.
