EBS Tremolo, Diaz Tremodillo, Line 6 Tap Tremolo or Boss TR-2?

I'm looking for a tremolo-pedal. Have no thoughts of what I'm going to use it for, so I'm not willing to spend a fortune on it and a versatile one is preferred. The ones I listed are some I found on the used market where I live:

- The EBS has the three-way switch for different waveforms.

- The Tremodillo has the speed footswitch that enables half-time switching on the fly.

- The Line 6 has a tap-tempo option.

- Boss-pedals are pretty much standard.

One thing I know: I want a tremolo which can go fast and deep, if you know what I mean.

Thanks, guys!

I`ve been using Boss TR-2 for couple of years now. I did the very easy C4 mod (no volume drop and more intense, read more harmonycentral.com -> user reviews). I use it TR-2 mostly for square wave machine gun sound. It is ok for the money.

I am actually looking at the Seymour Duncan Shape Shifter Tremolo after being nearly sold on the Empress. Sure the Empress has some cool features, but I just want a basic tremolo with Tap Tempo.

I bought the EBS from The Perfect Bass and it sounds great. Dead quite and very versatile.
