Just wanting general opinions about each. I'm currently trying to decide between the two to finish off my board.

If I had a dollar for every time I finished my pedalboard ... I'd have a few more effects. Heh.

I've never tried the Analogman Chorus, but I own the EBS. Nice sounding chorus and it has a flanger option that's nice sometimes. From the samples I've heard, the Analogman is fatter.

I owned both. I liked the transparency of the EBS, but found out that my bass got burried in the mix when the chorus was on. Also I did not like its flange side at all. The Analogman was too fat sounding for my taste (I had Mini version with fixed deep mode). Now I use Exar Moby Dick chorus. It's very transparent, very tweakable and cuts through the mix very well.
The two models you chose for comparison sound quite different from each other, it depends on what type of chorusing you like (Roland type or EHX type).

I have the Analogman Chorus with the switch. I love it.

I'm the opposite from Cybersnyder, I've never owned or played with the EBS, but have owned two different Bi-Chorus pedals (both were stereo models with the depth switch), and currently own a Mini Chorus with the fixed deep setting and an external mix knob. Great pedal, but it can be a bit deep, or even subtle in certain cases, inside a mix. Works great for my application though (Church bassist use).

Hope the Mini works out for what you are looking for! However, even if the Analogman doesn't work out for you, I am sure that you will be able to sell it off rather quickly, if you can't return it for a refund.
