EBS WahOne Question

For those that have it, I'm reading about the envelope filter it claims it has with it, how exactly does it work? is it anything like EBS's BassIQ pedal?

It has a lowpass filter thats pretty smooth sounding, but I don't think it's a substitute for having a dedicated envelope follower, which is easier on the ankles.

Yup, it "works" much the same as any envelope filter and I'd even wager it was based on the BassIQ.

Thats what I was wondering, Colin's comments gave me some pause though.

To be honest, I wasn't sure of my recollection either and looking at the controls, I have no idea how the envelope mode is selected! But the block diagram in the manual definitely implies that the input signal can control the filter.
