Ebtech Line Level Shifter?

I stumbled upon this at MF and got to thinking that maybe something like this would allow the use of instrument level stompboxes in a line level effects loop. This is something I have been curious about because I much prefer having modulation and delay effects after my amp's preamp and EQ section, rather than straight into the front end. The issue here is that the effects loop send is a hot signal and causes clipping in some of my pedals. Currently, I run all of my effects into the front end but I would like to put my phaser, chorus and delay in my amp's effects loop.

Have any of you guys seen or used one of these? Do you think that it would work for this application? Thanks for any input you may have.

I haven't used it, but it looks like a brilliant solution. Even -10dBu may be "too hot" for some pedals though, so it's not a sure thing. But it does look like it's worth trying!
