hey guys, right now im using a aguilar tone hammer,fulltone bassdrive, boss oc-2 in that order and i'm probably gonna pick up a chorus and later down the line maybe a compressor. So i am wondering where the chorus would fit in with the other three. I am just looking for a good place to start and then i can start moving them around and seeing what sounds good to me.

I think most would probably use the pedals you already have in the reverse order, OC-2, Bassdrive, Tonehammer. I would definitely put the chorus after the OC-2 though, flip a coin to decide the rest. Me - I'd probably opt for OC-2 -> Bassdrive -> Chorus -> Tonehammer. Or if you don't need the chorus to come out through the DI in the Tonehammer it can come last also.

if you do get a compressor, i like them last, but some like it before od i think. if you get one in pedal form you can at least experiment. no bass player should be without a compressor!

cool i'm just trying to get a sense of what's gonna go where. iv'e never vetured into using this many pedals. The tone hammer is always on and everything else just comes out at the places it needs to be. As for the compressor i was set on pedal form and was already thinking at the front of everything or at the end.

BASS > OC-2 > compressor > fulltone > tone hammer > chorus > AMP
