I've used this guy 3 times, and highly recommend him.

I had him repair a 70's vintage Systech Phase shifter and an early 80's vintage MXR Flanger. Did perfect work. Even called me up to talk about the sweep rate adjustment on the phase to make sure it met with my eventual satisfaction (it did).
Then, I found another Systech phaser that was fairly trashed, didn't function correctly, and he restored it to its original glory, and even added some LED lights that blink with the sweep rate (in the same way that Analogman's Bi-chorus does).
Speaking of Analogman, he was the guy that recommended CJ to me several years ago, as he himself did not do repairs (or at least, the ones I wanted).
CJ is reasonable, does quality work, and seemed fast to me (though I was not in a huge hurry to get these pedals repaired).
There may be others that do similar work, but CJ is my go-to guy.
