Effects Chain Advice

I need help on how to set up my bass effect chain properly. I have a tech 21 Sansamp bass DI, a Boss gt-6b effects processor, a Bass big muff pi distortion, a morley power wah boost, and my nady wireless. What is the best order to set all these up. If I were to buy a separate compressor and/or an eq aside from the processor....where do I fit those items? Any help would be well appreciated!

i would probably go:

wah

It depends on what you're using your GT-6B for.

Definitely experiment with the muff/wah combination. A lot of people like wah before dirt, others like it after.

The DI needs to go at the end of your signal chain so you can use it as a DI.

If you get a compressor, you'll probably want it before the big muff. Muff variants tend to produce a lot of white noise and the compressor will only amplify that.

In terms of the EQ, I find mine most useful after dirt pedals so I can shape the sound.

Ill mainly use the Sansamp as a pre-amp, so Im assuming I have to put it right after my amp (going from amp to guitar). I tend to use the muff before the wah, so I guess I would place the EQ after the wah? Thanks..this helps alot.
