Effects Chain and effects loop?

Hi guys,

I have been researching threads but thought it might be easier to just ask you guys for help.

I have an Ashdown ABM 500 410 combo, use a Fender Hot Rod P bass and an American Jazz. I have been using my Sans Amp as a DI.

My questions are:

In what order would you put the following pedals?
Effects loop? in line, or a mix of both?
If I go from the DI out of the amp, post EQ, will the FOH get the effects if they are in the loop or if I use a combination?

Anyway, here are my effects

Ashdown Tuner
Markbass Compressore
MXR bass octave deluxe
BassBalls
LPB1 Boost
Danelectro Chorus (18V) older style
Sans Amp BDDI
Boss Noise Suppressor
BBE Sonic Maximizer
Big Muff Bass

Thanks in advance.

I'd give this a shot:

BASS > Ashdown Tuner > MXR bass octave deluxe > Bassballs > Markbass Compressore > LPB-1 > Big Muff Bass > BDDI > Danelectro Chorus (18V) older style > BBE Sonic Maximizer

As for the Boss Noise Suppressor, I ended up ditching mine 'cause I felt it killed my tone. If you want to keep it in, I'd loop the muff and BDDI into it, so it would go: compressor > NS2 (mufff and BDDI) > chorus...

But the main thing... experiment

.Personally, I prefer the compressor after EQ, except for the Sonic Maximiser which should be subtle enough to work well after. Chorus can work afterward, too.

But yes, experiment. There is no right answer.
