Effects live [b:assmaster, blowtorch, weeping demon, ce-5]

Sign in to disble this ad
My band's latest gig at the Inferno festival 2008 in Oslo was filmed in full HD quality. We have posted a few (sadly, heavily compressed) clips on youtube, that feature effects on bass. The music itself I guess can be described as progressive death metal. Enjöy!

CLIP 1: http://youtube.com/watch?v=qdvBlgH_wLc
Blowtorch on at 00:20 - 01:08, and then again at 03:42 - 04:25. (There's also a bit of whammy on the guitar in there.)

CLIP 2: http://youtube.com/watch?v=6MPrklg2IQE
B:ASSMASTER on through the entire song, Weeping Demon Wah used at obvious places (please ignore the somewhat bad timing on this one)

CLIP 3: http://youtube.com/watch?v=f5I6FT05SHg
BOSS CE-5 on at 02:34 to the end of the song.

Interesting... you set and use the Blowtorch much differently than I do. Still sounds great, though!

The B:Assmaster sounds great, too! That and the Weeping Demon are a killer combo.

Yeah, that Warwick sure is sweet =) I'm not playing through an Eden amp (though I sure would have liked too); on this gig I believe the setup was a Carvin Red Eye of some kind that one of the other bands brought along.

Thanks! The Blowtorch is a very versatile pedal.

Man, you pass some pretty bad gas at the beginning of this clip

The Assmaster sounds great- sounds almsot like there's an envelope filter in there.

That might be because:

I have the excuse of being legally blind and missing in the text

Although since is the second thread I've done that with this hour, it's probably my brain, not my eyes, that's farting out

You have some impressive art for being legally blind, BTW.

But you have provided no legitimate excuse for your ears or brain.

Thank you!

If, in a delusional state, you like the tunes so much that you'd like to hear more, feel free to order our record from e.g. http://www.theomegaorder.com/s.nl/it.A/id.15558/.f
