Effects, Loops, for Bass and Guitar (hardware\software)

Hello,

I'm looking for an effects box that I can use for a regular guitar and bass guitar. I also want it to have phrase looping capabilities that include a basic rhythm section. Basically I want something like a Line 6 POD HD, Digitech Jamman, and BOSS RC-3 all rolled up in one. Does such a thing exist?

I'm open to a software PC\MAC version that can do all that as well.

Can you guys recommend something?
