Hey guys!
I wanted to see if anyone can give me some fedback about this pedal on bass?
Ive seen clips on guitar and it sounds awesome, but there is no place nearme where I can actually test the pedal out for myself!
Ive tried the Boss BF2 and BF3 and they do sound awesome, but this pedal seems to have more stuff goung on somehow!
anyone own one?
thanks

I've got an old Deluxe Electric Mistress flanger from the 70's. Best flanger I've ever used, bar none. It's got an outrageous amount of sweep and a much more pronounced flange effect than other flangers. Plus when I use it on guitar I can make it sound just like a Univibe. However, I haven't tried the new ones.

The Flanger Hoax has nothing in common with the Electric Mistress. It's a completely different monster that's a bit tricky to get to work with bass well.

Those threads might help you a bit.

I've been wanting to try one out for fun, but no one seems to have them around here.

yah that thing has piqued my interest as well. it looks intense, all those knobs and is it real or a hoax?? i love that. the description is so vague.

sure looks like its got the potential to sound like a spaceship, an airliner taking off, and other wild sounds.

Original Poster - buy one, post clips and a review

It's a hoax. You are actually getting a phaser. And the darned thing is HUGE.

I've owned one for about a year and a half, and I still haven't found its limits. I'll try to get around to posting clips.
