EH Memory Man w/ Hazarai - do you lose volume when it's on?

Hi guys,

I've recently bought an EHw/H and I noticed that when I turn it on my signal becomes weaker. This happens even when the blend is at the zero position. Is it typical of this equipment it's just mine? Have you experienced the same?

thanks in advance

Mine did that as well. It was the only reason for getting rid of it.

I didn't notice it with the blend at the zero position, only when it was 10 o'clock or higher. I sold mine for this reason too!

Yeah I also noticed this the other day. When I first got the pedal it sounded great at the bandroom using head phones. But when I plugged it in at home I noticed a very slight volume loss. My solution, at least in theory, is using 2 fuzz pedals one with a higher volume level to be used with my filter(FM4) and delay(MMW/H) and one for a gritty stand alone tone. Might work we'll see.

maybe a clean boost after de delay the loss can't be that much and every booster could handle it without distorsion

I play with a guitarist that has one and the same thing happens to his. Suddenly he's pushing into a solo and he steps on it and disappears. Kind of annoying.
