Anyone tried this pedal out? I'm looking into maybe getting one

I was thinking of getting it too, I haven't had a chance to try it out or anything but the reviews I've looked at sound decent enough and it's pretty cheap at £30.

The problem is that having only one knob it only boosts at one frequency and you may have to adjust your clean tone to encompass that boost so that it doesn't sound odd.

It really does boost the low end, but as a result the top end gets rolled off too.
If youy want to boost the low end only, perhaps an eq would be a wiser choice

You're better off spending the money on a decent equalizer, which can do the same thing but with far more flexibilty
