Are you asking where to place it in your signal path or where to physically place it on the board?

Personally, I put my delay, chorus and MBS in my amp effect loop and they sit on my amp. This allows me to tweak with these while playing or switching songs. The rest of the stuff goes in the normal bass>effects>amp signal path on the floor.

It should not go in an effects loop.
Place it first, after your volume and tuner, as it is an octave pedal.

I always used to treat mine as octavers and stuck them first. But if you're not planning to use the -1 oct then you could try sticking it later in your chain and using the filter on whatever you run before it, could get some interesting results.
