Have it, works great-Just make sure you use an isolated power supply, it sounds awful with something like say a 1Spot. The tap tempo & effects loop open up a lot of options. Analog delays aren't usually an issue on bass as they don't suffer from low end loss like say some distortion or fuzz pedals.

Have it for a couple of months, however first delay I own. Indeed lots of optiones, hence the reason i bought it.

Sounds i get out of it sound great (on it's own). In band-use-ability is for many reasons a bit more time-consuming experimenting.

@CopperheadLXXIX

I do however feed the beast with my One-spot, worked fine. Why do you find it to work better with it's own adapter? I must admit that I didn't even think of trying it out, the original still sleeps in his plastic wrappings . Going to try now definately, very curious...

Using my 1 Spot made the tap tempo make an audible "click" or pumping noise through my amp even when the pedal was off. Also it made the delay very "weak" sounding when on. Using the provided adapter solved those two issues though.

The new EHX delays are great on bass! My local music store is an EHX dealer, and if I wasn't already happy with my MXR Carbon Copy I'd go for one of those, for me I'd choose a Memory Toy but I like everything as simple as possible.

Have it, Great pedal. Gotta use a separate power supply. (as stated above)

Go for it!

ON ITS WAY!!

how about using an isolated psu, like a DC-brick or something. Will that address the power problems?

I think so; believe the issue is due to the power supply not being isolated. I would try the DC-Brick first, as it won't hurt anything, and if it causes sound issues, just switch to the provided power supply.

here's a short clip I made to your specifications, excuse the lousy playing (and recording) and the short duration.
