So i just ordered the EHX Electric Mistress and is on the way. Expect a BIG Flanger review thread soon. I will be reviewing the Boss BF-2, Boss BF-3, Electric Mistress, and the Maxon FL-9 with the help of Tbirdbassist.

This will be interesting :]

Cool! I'm trying to decide whether to get a BF-2 or FL-9 at the moment.

I've been considering trying a different flanger to replace my MXR for some time so this thread will be appreciated.

I like the SEM just fine, but the first one I got didn't work, and the replacement is giving me troubles now too. Not sure if I want a third, but when it works, it's the coolest ever.

The DEM is my favorite flanger, I have one of the older models with attached AC cord.

I haven't liked any of the Boss flangers.

Well, the first one was just plain dead, no signal, on or off. MF replaced it, and that one worked well for a couple of weeks, but now it's cutting in and out. I'm in the process of reconfiguring my board, and will trouble shoot it further, ie: cables, power supplies, etc. Hopefully, I find the culprit, and it's not the pedal again, cause I really love that swirly modulated good times.

Didn't we pretty much dismiss the Maxon last time as not standing out enough over the Boss?
