EHX Neo Clone Small Clone Chorus SOUNDCLIPS

Just got this yesterday. Here's a few clips. I'm using a Fender Mustang Bass with a Dimarzio Model One mudbucker in the "sweet spot" (middle position). Volume and tone on full. Going into a Soultone 2061X, bass channel only, volume on 1 tone on full. Custom sealed 1x15" cab with Emenence Legend CB15. Here's a groovy doubling sound with the depth switch down (rate 9 o'clock):

SoundClick artist: Psychedelic Bass Jams - page with MP3 music downloads

Rate still 9 o'clock, depth switch up for more shimmer:

Depth switch down, turn the rate up a tad and add some delay from an MXR Carbon Copy (modulation off):

And here it is again with the depth switch down and the Carbon Copy, but with the rate cranked up really high for a Leslie like effect:

Check them out, let me know what you think! I think this is a pretty good chorus for the money. If you can't afford the Analogman Chorus, this will do the trick. I've had the Analogman Chorus before and I'll probably get one again, but I thought I'd try this in the meantime and am not disappointed!

I like the last two clips, I generally don't care for chorus on bass but this sounds good.

sounds really good man in my opinion if chorus was never ever used on a bass the songs with chorus on bass wouldn't be as good

Great clips, dude.

With mine, I find a bit of low-end loss when engaged... you get this ?

Yeah, a bit, not enough to bother me at all though. Playing mudbucker equipped guitars, I have room to sacrifice a little low end. Effects like chorus don't work as well with overly boomy sounds anyways. Things can get quickly out of hand.

Yup.

One thing's for sure: I prefer this analog chorus over the CEB-3 I've been using for the last 2 years, although I don't have any complaints with the Boss chorus. Just makes me GASsing more for an Analogman.
