EHX POG - Heating Up?

Well I love this pedal to death and have no complaints at all. The only thing that I have noticed is that the face plate gets warm and heats up when in use. I'm using the 18v that came with the pedal so that shouldn't be the problem. Is this something that I should worry about or am I just exaggerating? Has anyone else noticed this? I just don't want this thing to fry for some odd reason. Thanks.

Mine does it too, I just assumed it was normal.

It just gets warm. It's not an incinerating heat, but it does get a little toasty. Maybe it has to do with the complexity of it's chipboard or the 18v voltage. ( I don't know anything at all about pedal structure/integrity, I'm just taking a stab at it). I just want to see if other people have experienced the same thing.

Mine gets warm, I wonder if the Micro POG does the same? I'm looking to downsize to the Micro.

Mine too. I was thinking of putting some sort of heat sink on top of it, or something.
