Just made a movie showing some of the possibilities of the RT on bass.
Don't criticize my playing in this vid, it was al about the sound of the RT

I tend to use the real Ring Mod sounds and the Pitch Shifting.
Also, except for an electronica band, I don't see other options to use it on bass.

I've got one that I'm digging a lot. I don't think that the pitch shifting is quite as useful as I thought it would be (even with an expression pedal), but as an octaver, it has AMAZING tracking (even after dirt) and the octave up can cop some pretty convincing organ sounds, especially doing two-hand tap stuff with delay and reverb.

The octave settings are really amazing indeed.
It tracks an open E-string perfectly and it will even go 2 octaves down.
If I only had a cab that was possible to reproduce that sound...
