EHX XO BMS - Where are you?

For realz! Where are they?

The "bigger" music stores in NJ near Philly don't carry it. I called EHX to see what's up and apparently, there were only 200 made on the first run!

Friends, where are you purchasing them from? My GAS is sputtering...

I was told that they were sold out and that the next batch "should" be in middle of next week.

Yeah, 8th Street said they "weren't sure if/when they were getting them back in and to call back next week."
It's a bit annoying that they say it's available on the website, but don't actually have them in stock...oh well...the quest continues!

You were clever and acted fast.

I'm anxious as heck to get my hands on this but ya know what? It's just a smaller footprint, true bypass version from what we know so far so it's not like it's gonna change my life or anything.

Anybody ever dealt with TheVintageSound? They are out of stock too but have it priced under 260 shipped, fwiw.

The Vintage Sound is where I have mine on order RCCollins, and The guy is amazing to deal with. I ordered mine on Sunday, and on Monday he said it'd be ready to ship "in about a week." We exchanged 4 or 5 really informative and friendly emails, and he even shot the breeze with me about his Black Finger settings and tube choices. I told the him that I'd definitely deal with him in the future, and I'd recommend it to anybody here!

CAVEAT: I haven't actually recieved anything yet, but the communication is wonderful and personal from the owner of the business, and leaves me with no doubt that it's a great business.

After hearing the Chunk synth, my GAS for the XO BMS abated.

Thanks bucko. I like this price and I'm not in a hurry, so after some brief but friendly discourse with homeslice I went ahead and ordered.

I talked to the guy at the vintage sound yesterday via email. Definitely a straight shooter. He said he'll have them in w/in two weeks. He also said that he is undercutting the competitors w/ the price drop! Preeeeeeetty awesome.

Now, to sell my big'n BMS.

Daddy needs the real estate...

Hey guys,
Just thought I would pop in here since I hang out here pretty often. Just to update you on the status of the XO BMS, EH made only 200 for the first batch and are finishing up the boards for the second batch this past week. Granted that this is a holiday week, I am sure they might take it easy. Anywho, I can let you guys know when they are back in stock. I stay in touch with my EH rep pretty almost constantly, specially since they released the XO BMS.

A New Ocean:
I can most certainly ship to Canada. I had to disable shipping outside of the US on my site since UPS never calculates what the actual shipping cost is to places other than the US.

If any of you has any questions feel free to ask. I love talkin gear.
