Elbow - Grounds For Divorce

Hi there

Does anyone know what the bass effect used Elbow's Grounds For Divorce is?

The effect occurs during the chorus and the big cranking riff and there's a short bass solo in the post-chorus.

I think it may well be a Prunes & Custard but not sure.

It's also on YouTube, as the above is only a sample:

Ok, I don't think it's a Prunes and Custard, as that pedal is more squelchy sounding. It just sounds like a fuzz to me. Maybe a Malekko B:Assmaster?
