Electric guitar on the Bass Vamp?

Whats the verdict?

Was considering on purchasing a throw around guitar to work some phrases out but then I would have to buy an amp..

I currently have a Behringer Bass Vamp that I use and I know that it has sections for guitar..

Anyone use it for playing thier guitar through?

Pros v Cons?
