Electro-Harmonix 18v DC barrel question

Sign in to disble this ad
So, I have an Electro-Harmonix Holier Grail that requires an 18v power supply. I also have a Gator GBUS 8 power supply that has an 18v option. Only problem is, none of the cables that came with the GBUS fit in the Holier Grail because the grail's pin is too large. How can I remedy this?

The EHX pedals that I've had that required more than 9V were all center positive. If this is the case, I think this should work for you:

If the holier grail is center negative, then you could try this:

thanks! I just realized that the Holier Grail is actually center positive. Am I able to run something that's center + off my Gator GBUS?

As long as the 18v is isolated from everything else in your power supply the BBE cable I linked to should get you going.
