Envelope Filter with FX Loop AND Volume Control

Sign in to disble this ad
Ok, the volume boost on my qtron+ is kinda getting annoying. So I am looking for an envelope filter with an effect's loop, and a volume control. Both are a required must since the volume is what is annoying me, and I use a fuzz in my qtrons effects loop most of the time that I have it on.

Does anybody know of one?

The only thing I can think of is the Robot Factory meatwad with the boost option. It has a volume knob that is included. But I do not know if it cuts the volume, or just boosts it.

That option on the Meatwad is a boost and cut. I didn't get it on my Meatwad but I can tell you that mine doesn't give any change in volume at all when I switch it on.

Apparently the reason Mario offers that "boost" option is because in band-pass mode the Meatball circuit is slightly quiet. If you're using it just for bass you'll probably only be using the low-pass setting, so you shouldn't need the boost option.

Hope this helps.

Thanks kevteop. I'll keep that one in mind.

Has anybody tried spencers meatball clone? Does it have a volume spike?

Nope, that's the reason it doesn't have a volume control.
