EQ Pedal or Multi FX pedal?
You see, i've recently gotten this second hand bass of mine fixed over at a local store. The guy who fixes my bass tells me I should get an EQ pedal since he claims that the volume of my bass is weak. I agree, so I've been saving up for one ever since. However, recording some of my band's stuff recently, my bandmate has been urging me to get a multi fx pedal, since the band could use the bass effects and well it could fix the tone of my bass as well.
So the question is, which of the two should I get?
I have my eyes on the Boss GEB-7 equalizer (would this be a good choice?)
then for about the same price I've seen some multi effects pedals, but I haven't been too impressed with the reviews online. (Any suggestions on a similar priced fx pedal if I should get the multi effects?)
Go with a Zoom single pedal, EQ in it and many other effects for only a bit more than the GEB-7
Most multi effects pedals have an eq that rivals or betters the Boss GE7B or GEB7, plus you can save your settings and have even more fun with the effects.
