European Pedals

So I'm on ebay looking at this.

http://cgi.ebay.com/Akai-UniBass-UB1...item3cad753e0b

Since it comes from Europe is there a chance it won't work in the US due to differences in the voltage and amps we use?

Nope, no problem using that one in the US... if you have a powersupply that works on the US grid.
That pedal needs 9VDC (I use a BOSS one on my UniBass), you just need the correct powersupply to convert the voltage to from either 110V if you are in the US or 230V if you are in Europe.

Basicly, what you plug into your walwart needs to be conform to the electrical specifications of the grid in your country.

A BOSS powersupply from the US I can't use. A BOSS powersupply from Europ you can't use.

We'll see. I'm going out of town for the holiday with no internet so I'm going to have to put in my max bid and see what happens.

If you're interested into a good deal on a pedal, it is not exactly the best idea to post the link of an effect forum.
