eventide modfactor issue..

So.. For some reason my left footswitch just stopped working. Every now and then it will work as in... one tap in 50. I have reset it.. installed new updates.. sigh

anyone else have this issue?

Send it in, sounds like a mechanical failure of some sort in the switch if it's making intermittent contact.
