Expressionator with TRS and Line 6

I see there are Line 6 adapters, but can you control a mix of Line 6 and standard TRS inputs? Here's what I need to do:

Hot hand 3 (TRS output) > Expressionator > Channel A output to BEF pro (TRS) > Channel B output to M5 (line 6 adapter)
