Favorite effect aquisition of 2009?

Sign in to disble this ad
Since we're coming up on the close of another year of chasing tones and satisfying our curiosities, I was just wondering what everyone's favorite new pedal they acquired in 2009?

I guess for me the verdict's still out. Some days it's my EBS ValveDrive, other days it's the Devi Ever Bass Fuzz, and then some days it's the Carl Martin Parametric Preamp. I guess it all depends on the mood I'm in.

How 'bout you?

Woolly Mammoth. I returned to my roots in passive basses so decided to try one out again. Holy balls I forgot how good this pedal is.

Hartman Flanger. Pretty much the sound I've been hearing in my head for 15 years. Should have bought an Electric Mistress years ago.

It's a tie between my expression modded BMS and Line 6 M9.

my fulltone bassdrive, sounds great for overdriving my Walkabout, and my mini, 4 pedal setup, consisting of a 105 wah, the Bass-drive, an OC2 and a korg tuner! so small, so great! I love it!

Sans Amp Programmable Bass Driver for me. Definitely wouldn't play without it. It gives great tones, overdrives if needed (sufficient for my needs) and act as DI.

Close seconds (love'em both equally): EXH Bassballs and Small Stone Phaser.

I'd say either my Zvex Mastotron or the Foxrox Octron.
