Fender PT-100 pedal tuner for 5 string?

Sign in to disble this ad
Not sure if this belongs in "effects" but I figure those with pedal boards might have this.

Has anyone used the Fender pedal with a 5 string? just wondering how it is with the low B. For $40, it's a tempting alternative to the Boss pedal, considering I don't need to power other pedals.

Thanks for any advice/input!

I have no complaints, better than the tuner I had before for low B.

I'm reading in user reviews that it may cause a "hum" in muted tuning mode. Anyone have those issues?

I have not heard any hum with it whatsoever. As for the low B, it's the best one I've used, but it can still get a little finicky going down to G or A
